Order processing times

Most orders ship the following business day. When we're extra busy, it may take up to 3 days. 

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.International packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, but occasionally longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. Please be aware of these potential fees; they aren't included in our shipping fees and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged goods. Edible items may not be returned. Make sure to contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).

We would not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.

Refunds

Once your cancellation has successfully been processed, or your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund.Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 1-2 working days.
